- We endeavour to repair all Items within 24 working hours of arrival at our workshop if parts are in stock and offer a full 3 month warranty on all repairs .Please check all returned equipment before storing it away as we cannot offer warranty after the 3 months from the date on the invoice.
For Groomtech to keep it’s prices as low as possible a charge will be made If your parcel is not packaged with enough packing for the return delivery or if the box is not the correct size or strength
